Alvaro is a trademark of creative explosion. The mark of his work is passion. As a professional graphic designer, he combines his experimentation and technical knowledge with expressive nuances and seeks to reflect in his images the soul of the protagonist, his essence, and his spirit.

It was in the bars where he became deeply involved with local musicians and the paraphernalia of show business. These relationships allowed him to understand first-hand the enormous need to capture each of the expressions and emotions of those who, for a few minutes, pretended to be rock stars. There is nothing more valuable than starting from scratch and nothing more sincere than starting with your people.

A big leap, a first trip, a new adventure in 2008 “Rock al Parque”, one of the most important music festivals in Latin America, to Later cover festivals such as: Quito Fest, Rock Allegiance, Gobernors Ball, Louder Than Life, Sonic Temple, Knotfest. Went from amateur photographer to true artist and has never looked back.

Every concert photographer knows these words. These minutes are very special, like no other. It’s narrow and crowded, behind you are the screaming fans, and in front of you is the artist doing poses and gestures that you have to capture in a second. There are no second chances! The light is extreme: sometimes too much and often too little. The photographer tries to translate the sound and style of the artist into a perfect image.
